  This should be A4 or letter size paper size, Landscape configuration, with .2"/6mm margins.
  Accuracy determination is a "two thumbs" system - the right thumb starts at 6 and moves down (or up) with modification by the factors going down (with your left thumb) on the left side. Frank Chadwick liked this 2 thumbs approach so much, he used it for a science fiction game Game Designers Workshop produced, shortly before going out of business.
